ORDER PROCESSING

Our estimated processing time is 24–48 business hours. Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your tracking information.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and handed over to USPS, you will receive a tracking number.

After your package has been accepted by USPS, the package is no longer in the possession or control of Divine Hands By J Any questions or concerns regarding the package's location, delivery status, delays, or attempted delivery should be directed to USPS.

Please keep your tracking information for your records.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.

Divine Hands By J is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to Divine Hands By J because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost to have the package reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, Divine Hands By J is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit.

If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact USPS and/or your local post office to open a claim or investigation.

Customers are responsible for contacting USPS regarding delivery issues once tracking information has been provided.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

If USPS tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and delivered.

Divine Hands By J does not issue refunds for orders that are confirmed as delivered by USPS.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Divine Hands By J has a NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATIONS policy once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order, product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment information before completing your purchase.

We are unable to provide refunds due to:

• Customer entering an incorrect shipping address or ZIP code

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Package being marked delivered by USPS

• Delays caused by USPS

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after being shipped

• Failure to retrieve a package from the carrier or delivery location

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product due to an error made by Divine Hands By J, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

ORDER ISSUES

All order-related issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

When contacting Divine Hands By J regarding an order issue, please include your order number and any applicable photos or documentation so that we can properly review the situation.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

If you enroll in a subscription, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including updating payment information, changing your subscription, or canceling before your next scheduled billing date.

Subscription orders that have already been processed are subject to our NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATIONS policy.
