Made Upon Order

Thank you for your purchase. EST Processing Time 24- 48Hrs. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to USPS as it is no longer in our possession. All order issues need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Our processing time is based on business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you ordered on a sale please allow additional time for processing. If your package is lost/stolen or damaged after we hand the package to USPS, during delivery or while you are home, Divine Hands By J. cannot be responsible. All lost/stolen/damaged package claims must be made with USPS. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact USPS about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, once we hand over your package to USPS we have no more information about your package. If your package arrives damaged, lost or stolen, please contact USPS to open up a claim. USPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their negligence.
